Nancy Hesting on Generosity

Nancy Hesting has always been involved in nonprofit work, from when she was a finance director for a consulting firm that supported fundraising efforts for nonprofit organizations, to her volunteer efforts with local nonprofits such as Sandcastles Children’s Museum and the Rotary Club of Ludington. Nancy’s passion is reading and education. She remembers from a young age her mom taking her and her sisters to the library every Saturday. Nancy held a fund at the Community Foundation for Oceana County and has recently moved it to the Community Foundation for Mason County so her dollars could support the community in which she lives. She plans to use her fund to help support education efforts in our community forever.
