Ludington Sesquicentennial Grants

The Community Foundation for Mason County, in partnership with the Pennies from Heaven Foundation, City of Ludington, and Love Ludington Fund of the Community Foundation, is offering a grant opportunity for area businesses and organizations to support events and activities that promote recognition of Ludington’s 150th birthday.  Applicants may apply for up to $1,500 with applications due by February 3, 2023.  If all funds have not been granted, we will host another round. The grant round is now open, guidelines and the application can be found below.

Guidelines

  • Activities must be focused on recognition and promotion of Ludington’s 150th birthday.
  • Total grant requests may not exceed $1,500.
  • The activity/event must be implemented by the applicant within the calendar year of 2023.
  • If the event requires permits from the City of Ludington, permits must be obtained prior to funds being released.
