Transforming a Former Industrial Site: Grant Improves Community Access to Nature and Recreation

This $1.84 million project transforms a former industrial site into a beautiful, accessible community space with restrooms, picnic areas, improved safety, and support for Tribal fishing traditions. Future plans include sports fields, a swimming beach, and trails, enhancing the environment, public access to recreation, and supporting local businesses.
